Everyday, we walk amongst our heroes, our guardian angels – they are everywhere, but in our rushed busy lives, we often forget to thank our heroes with the heartfelt sincerity we intended. We recognize and cherish the value a sincere Thank You can add to our heroes’ lives. We believe in inspiring the generations towards happier communities around the world. And all of this begins with a simple acknowledgement of the people who helped us. We help you say thank you.

You all will agree that each and every one of us, has made the world a better place, If only occasionally, and if just a small way. The miser has donated blood, the street-fighter has cared for his team-mates, the ungrateful son has paid his friend’s school fees. From donations to homeless shelters to paying for a simple cup of coffee for a stranger in need: it might be the purchase of a meal for a homeless person or perhaps paying the taxi fare for someone without transportation. It allows you to thank the little boy who gave you directions in a strange city, the friend who explained math to you, the mentor who inspired you. It allows ordinary individuals to be feted by the community, and regular folks to emerge as the leaders they really are. When all is revealed of a man, then is revealed his true purpose. Regardless of the size or scope it deserves and warrants recognition of some type and the person on the giving end should also benefit. With this model in place heroes, the hidden guardians will be rewarded and encouraged to step forward in a manner that will serve as an inspiration for the generations that are to follow.

It can change our world in immensely important ways because if we are grateful, we are not fearful, if we are not fearful, we are not violent. If we are grateful, we act out of a sense of abundance, and not of a sense of scarcity, and we are willing to share. If we are grateful, we are enjoying the differences between people, and we are respectful to everybody, and that changes this power pyramid under which we live. It doesn’t make for equality, but it makes for equal respect, and that is the important thing.

We observed that people who are working in organizations, their contributions went unnoticed, the appreciation and praise for what they deserve, is not fulfilled. We observed that the people’s inner quality must be in front of all the people and also we observed that organizations want a social networking tool by using which they can notice the right person for right position.

The future of the world will be a network, not a pyramid nor a pyramid upside down. This will create a revolution, a non-violent revolution.

Now, re-imagine the future, full of hope, gratitude and appreciation. All of us, though most don’t realize, have the power to influence. Through simple powers of compliments, forgiveness, gratitude and random acts of kindness we can make this world a better, happier place.
