Dynamic Visual Analogue Mood Scales (D-VAMS) For PC Windows and MAC – Free Download

Dynamic Visual Analogue Mood Scales (D-VAMS) are a brief, nonverbal mood assessment instrument designed for stroke patients with communication difficulties due to aphasia. The scales consist of sliders controlling transitions between facial expressions on seven scales.

For each of the scales, the user adjusts the facial expression to one that best reflects their own mood. The D-VAMS mean score is a valid and reliable measure of pleasantness or unpleasantness of mood. Two sets of scales exist, one with a female face, one male.

D-VAMS meets the EU requirements for a class 1 medical device. An EC declaration of conformity has been filed with the MHRA and a CE mark added.
