Boltholes is an app for use on a 3-Axis CNC Vertical Milling Machine.The app calculates the coordinates for “Bolt-Hole” patterns(holes equi-spaced on a circle).The user inputs all the parameters needed for the calculation and then presses the “Create File” button.A G-Code file is created on the device storage system in the Documents folder.The file is named “Drilling.txt”.This G-Code file can then be sent via Bluetooth,e-mail,etc to a PC,and from there sent to a CNC Milling Machine.The user also has the option to display the file on the device and edit the file if needed,before sending to the CNC Machine.The overall effect is very similar to that of CAD/CAM systems,but limited to bolt hole pattern drilling.
