To use Step Flowers just download it from the market and after installation go into the “widget” tab (a widget after installation from the market will not be visible in applications but only on the widget tab), look for the Step Flowers widget and put it on the desired home-screen. At this point you can position it and scale it to your liking. To access the customization settings just tap on the screen the widget that you want to edit.
